Michael is an excellent instructor, very knowledgeable, prompt and personable. He helped me to get rid of my bad habits I'd formed in the USA, and learn the correct way of steering. I passed on my first practical exam after 14 hours of instruction with Michael.

Mick is a brilliant instructor. I was a very nervous driver, but Mick is so calm, collected and methodical about driving. He teaches in processes that are easy to follow even for the most scrambled, nervous brains! He has had invaluable road experience and lots of knowledge on tests and examiners. He makes you feel very comfortable in the drivers seat. Despite my nerves I’m happy to say I passed with no minor faults. Would 100% recommend to anyone who asks.

Thanks to Michael I passed the driving test on the first try with just two minor faults! It is worth mentioning that I was driving a lot in other country, but was scared of driving in England. Today I got the best present for the end of the year - passed the driving test on the first try! All thanks to Michael! I have 10+ years of driving experience in another country but had to pass the driving test once again. After the first lesson, we realized that I had some bad habits and a lot of uncertainty in my actions. Michael did a superb job of overcoming this. In two weeks we set up new habits, built confidence and awareness on the road. Michael patiently taught me the proper steering, safety checks and how to deal with various road situations like roundabouts, maneuvres, oncoming traffic. I can say I am a totally and much better driver now. I highly recommend Michael as a driving instructor, he is a real professional!

I had great experience with Michael. I had a non-UK driving license and driven a lot so far. So had some bad habits to unwind. While instructors in such a case will focus on routes, practice to get through test. Michael started with basics through which I learned several techniques which made be better driver for life and not just to pass the test. One such good e.g., is steering and harnessing full power of wheel. Michael is very professional, punctual. He focuses on building confidence, decision making needed for every day situations when one drives. And these do help handle test day situation and nervousness. He will let you take test when he is confident of his student getting through it rather let one try his luck. I would love to recommend him to anyone looking for instructor in areas he services for driving lessons.
